Lee was 42 when he came to Permanent Perfection. He had always worn his hair long, but thinning through the front and back had steadily changed his appearance and affected how comfortable he felt when leaving the house.
Shaving his head felt impossible, so Lee began relying on caps throughout the day. For special occasions, he chose a smarter flat cap to continue concealing the hair loss.
“I personally didn’t want the baldy look so I tried to keep what I had left for as long as I could but was getting worse.”

The final turning point came during a holiday in Greece. Heat softened the hairpiece glue and made the coloured spray run from Lee’s scalp. When he returned home, he removed the hairpiece and put his cap back on.
