Permanent Perfections is a beauty business that offers semi-permanent make-up solutions in salons throughout Ormskirk, Bolton, Preston, Southport and Wigan.

All semi-permanent makeup is expertly applied by Nouveau Contour trained technician Rebecca Brown.

Our main location in Wigan is perfectly placed near the bus station in the town centre, allowing Rebecca to provide semi-permanent makeup treatments to those visiting from neighbouring towns such as Leigh, Orrell, Standish, Chorley, Ashton-in-Makerfield and Warrington.

How it works

Semi-Permanent cosmetics are a type of cosmetic tattooing that uses pharmaceutical grade pigments which are applied to the second layer of your skin. This results in a wonderful shadow of colour that looks like perfectly applied makeup.

How long does it last?

On average people usually require a top up treatment every 10-12 months. However this time frame varies depending on skin type, skin exposure, medication and the use of exfoliating treatments/products to the area.

Does it hurt?

It’s no more painful than having your eyebrows tweezed and your Nouveau Contour technician uses sophisticated equipment that eliminates any distress.
